This workshop is truly a unique opportunity to co-create with nature in a special grove of pines. After a discussion about connection, respect, responsibility, and openness, we will walk together to a pine grove where we will create individual circles in the landscape, all in silence and without words. Using only objects found on the ground, participants will have the opportunity to create and leave behind a beautiful, ephemeral circle marking that particular time and place. Group discussion will follow.

We’re wreathing again this year!
The woods and field edges are FULL of everything we need to build beautiful evergreen wreaths. A time-honored tradition at Osamequin Farm, we’ll head into the woods in the days prior to the event to forage for materials. Plus we’ll have a selection of dried flowers from Flower Hill this summer, as well as a selection of ribbons to add to your creation.
Join us the weekend of December 4th-5th to build your own wreath using our farm-foraged materials. Bring home a festive, natural wreath that you create!
You must RESERVE YOUR TIME SLOT so we can make sure everyone has enough space and materials throughout the day.
Time slots are 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. You’re welcome to stay longer than an hour, we ask that you just please arrive within your allotted hour. You can choose to stay and build at the farm, or take your supplies home to build your wreath later.

We'll have everything you need plus some helping hands to get you started if you're new to wreath building. Multiple size frames available. You’ll pay a flat fee based on the size frame you choose - then you’re free to build and build and build until you’re satisfied with your masterpiece.
Family friendly! Bring the kids to help or play outside while you create.
In this one day workshop, learn how to harvest and process natural fibers for papermaking. Then, May will guide the group through the process to make a supply of textured handmade papers. You can even create unique artistic sheets by embedding natural materials from the farm.
