Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

Osamequin Farm is a 501c3 non-profit - any time you join us for an event, visit the Farm Stand, join our CSAs, or pick your own berries, you are supporting our work! You can read about our mission and guiding values here.

In the event of inclement weather or other factors outside of our control affecting a planned event, we will reach out to registrants a few days prior and let you know if we’re postponing to a rain date or cancelling altogether.

  • if WE cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or you will be invited to donate your admission to support our non-profit

  • if we schedule a rain date and you are not able to attend the new date, you will be offered a full refund or you will be invited to donate your admission to support our non-profit

If you purchase admission to an event - whether through standard ticketing or via the sliding scale donation option - and you decide you no longer want to attend, we do not offer any refunds. Your ticket funds will be considered a donation to our non-profit.

No refunds will be issued for purchases of our CSAs or other products.
