Activities include:
Tree Tapping Demo - RSVP (free!) and join us on Saturday, February 1st, 1 - 3pm to participate in a demonstration of tapping your trees.
You’ll be able to purchase a tapping kit from us, if you need supplies to try tapping at home!Community Boiling Days - we’ll be running the wood-fired evaporator on Sundays (Feb 9, Feb 16, Feb 23, March 2, and March 9) from 9am til 3pm.
To contribute to the community boil, bring your sap to the farm on Sundays.
Sign up to be a boil steward! - Volunteer for a 3 hour shift to feed the evaporator with firewood, and monitor the sap boil. Hanging around the warm steamy boil is a great way to get some fresh air in the winter!
Closing Celebration! - Sunday March 9th, 1pm - 3pm. Come over to witness the last boil of the season and taste sap as it boils down into syrup! RSVP HERE.
All are welcome: Community Boil participants and spectators!
You do not need to be tapping and boiling in order to attend any of the events.
