Create your own one of a kind useable ceramic plate in a beautiful outdoor setting!
Join Michelle of Slow Bloom Ceramics for a fun & creative time!
Each participant will design and personalize their very own dessert plate.
Whether you're a seasoned painter or just starting out, this event is a great way to make a one of a kind piece of functional art. All plates are handmade by Michelle from Slow Bloom Ceramics and she will be there to guide you through the painting process. This hands-on experience will not only be a great opportunity to relax and have fun, but also a chance to create a special keepsake or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
We will provide: plates and a selection of paints, and light snacks
You will need: just yourself!
Plates will be sealed with a food safe glaze after the event and available for pickup 1-2 weeks after the event at the artist’s studio in Providence RI. Shipping is available for an additional cost.
Accessibility: This event is planned to be held outdoors. Participants will need to be comfortable walking up to 1/4 mile across uneven ground and on grass and woodchips. There is a portable restroom available on site for use. In the event of rain, we will hold this event inside the historic barn which also has uneven footing. If you have accessibility questions, please reach out to the Farm Director, Sarah Newkirk, at Sarah@Osamequinfarm.com
