Prenatal Yoga with Butter.
Embrace your body's intricate shifts during pregnancy through mindful movement, breath, and rest in this 45-minute prenatal yoga class led by RYT-200+ Olivia Bretzman.
Together, we'll explore pregnancy-friendly yoga postures supported by props, as well as simple pranayama techniques to help regulate energy, ease anxiety, and cultivate a deeper connection to your changing body.
This practice is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and confident in moving safely through pregnancy, while honoring the incredible strength and resilience you continue to build throughout your journey.
We ask that all attendees receive clearance from their care providers before participating in any physical activity. Modifications and props will be provided to support all stages of pregnancy.
Mapping the Journey of Birth
Go straight to the heart of birth preparation with Emily Frank, birth doula and childbirth educator, in this experiential workshop inspired by Birthing from Within.
Together, we'll explore the emotional, spiritual, and social dimensions of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition, using the ancient symbol of the labyrinth as our guide. Participants will create their own labyrinth artwork using oil pastels, engage in a mindful tracing practice, and take part in guided reflection and discussion about the inner journey of birth with fellow parents.
No artistic experience is needed.
Partners are welcome to attend and participate.
This program is designed to take place both in and outdoors. Please dress for the weather and bring layers if needed, as well as a water bottle and a journal.
Registration is non-refundable. However, if we have to cancel due to extreme weather or other unforeseen events, we will schedule a makeup date for the group.
